Does JVP & TLC Enterprise have a shopping cart? Yes! JVP & TLC Enterprise has a shopping cart or check-out that connects to www.PayPal.com. You can set up a PayPal account for free if you don't already have one. You can use your PayPal account with any major credit card or checking account to pay for your wedding, photography or web design purchase. Using PayPal also help keep your overall cost down by not having to integrate your own credit card merchant account into several services. You won't have to worry about this with purchases made at JVP & TLC Enterprise.

Can I purchase just a PHOTO MONTAGE? Yes! Go to our Montage page and make your selection there. Decide between our Gold or Diamond package.

I would like to purchase extra Montage DVD’s. Can I? Yes. These selections can be viewed on our Montage page or our Ala carte Page.

Will you keep my information private? Yes. We will not share or sell your information to anyone, at any time, period!

How do I place my order site? Go HERE to get started on your Package or Ala carte selections. It's quick, easy, and fun! Then print your order form to make the necessary selections…call or email a representative if you ever need assistance.

Once you finish shooting my event, do I get to keep the original tape? No, Video and pictures shot by JVP & TLC Enterprise remains the property of JVP & TLC Enterprise, unless you have made arrangements to purchase the material. Edited or raw video can be purchased through our Ala carte section.

I would like to make payment by company check. Is that possible? Inquire with representative.

Is there a return policy? Unfortunately, the time spent at your wedding venue cannot be reclaimed, therefore a non-refundable Twenty-Five percent deposit is charged when the client signs the contract.

I would like to purchase extra DVD’s. Can I? Yes, we encourage you to purchase extra DVD’s for your family and friends, prices have never been cheaper for DVD copies.

What is adobe Photoshop? Adobe Photoshop is the world's most popular graphics editing package. You can find more info about Photoshop and download a free trial version at Adobe website.

What do I receive when I order your Platinum Package? You get everything in the Gold package, plus a photo montage, custom introduction, Highlight recap, pre-ceremony coverage, custom titles, and more. See our Packages for more information.

How will my finished DVDs differ from the unedited tape? Is there a two-hour limit on my finished video? We remove only the non-useable footage, add titling, use special effects, and mix in the songs of your choice or we can choose them for you. We never limit the amount of digital videotape we use. You can book us for as long as you want us.

Will you film my bridal party or guests at my reception who want to talk on my video? Yes. We give you several options; we will never impose upon any guest to do anything they're uncomfortable with. Your decision is final.

Does your camera have any kind of red light on it? What kind of video camera do you use? Is it a one-chip camera? No. Our cameras have no annoying red lights pointing at you. JVP & TLC Enterprise is always discreet; using only 3-chip broadcast cameras known for excellence in low-light conditions.

Can I get a DVD of weddings you've done to take home and see on my own TV? Yes. We want you to see our wedding videos, not on expensive studio monitors, but on your TV at home. This is where you'll be watching your wedding video once you're married. Before hiring any videographer compare the quality of the finished videos on your TV at home. Compare apples to apples. Always remember that the internet quality is not even 5% of the actual DVD quality.
